Tax incentives relating to property tax (IBI), construction tax (ICIO) and business tax (IAE) for charging points

This document analyses the tax policies of local councils with more than 10,000 inhabitants aimed at promoting the installation of charging points. The report, produced with the support of Aedive, details the financial support available for the installation of charging points through rebates on Property Tax (IBI), Business Activities Tax (IAE) and the Tax on Construction, Installations and Works (ICIO). In addition, the publication is accompanied by a web tool – which you can view here – allowing you to search, town council by town council, for the percentage by which each tax is reduced, the duration of the subsidies and the conditions required.
